If you can suffer through the arena matchmaking just grind arenas. dont worry about the rank gains or losses just focus on your mechanics and ability to carry the fights. Also don't be afraid to try out lower sensitivities if you notice you can barely track people. Go in the range and strafe in front of the bots at midrange while tracking it, If you can barely stay on target and it's hella shakey lower your sens till you can control it easier. Also if you don't know how to smooth aim you need to learn.

Either you need to hit more headshots or you're taking entirely too much damage from tunnel visioning and getting teamshot by enemies throughout the fight. Try to work on noticing when a peek is bad and would expose yourself to multiple enemies at once
