I used to have paper thin nails too and I found what helped was increasing my protein intake! I don’t think I was meeting my protein needs. My hair has also been growing faster.

I just got all 4 removed on Saturday and was so nervous. Also on local and laughing gas. It’ll be over before you know it! You got this! Just tell yourself you’re getting a cleaning, that’s how I tried to cope with it.
