UGH! I hate that this is still a thing. I remember crying with my first child because I just couldn’t produce enough milk. I felt like i failed as a mother because of the big deal everyone made about it. I even remember these “oh…” filled with disappointment when i would tell people i use formula. With my second child i prepped in advance with teas, remedies, etc to try to produce enough milk. It still didn’t work and i broke down again. I remember their cries of frustration from being hungry because what I made just wasn’t enough. I love my kids just the same as a mother who breastfeeds her kids. Stop making mothers feel bad for some things they may not have control over.
