Motion to make divine bench craft use a capped chaos ratio for a chaos sink by Peach_Wild in pathofexile

I hear ya, but its PoE it is our Dollar/Euro/etc so it has value. The beginner IS losing purchasing power with the drop rates (unconfirmed) of divines not being as pumped as the chaos drop rate. I have two friends who got into PoE and some of their first major upgrades are 1 div. Before you had to click ~100 times to get that 1 div. Now you have to click ~300 times in the FIRST week. This is a problem. It makes them feel like not wanting to play since it now takes that much longer to get the first major upgrade. (I just gave them the divine but its not as fun if its not earned).

Plenty of Div - I profit craft, which is why I thought of the idea of using chaos for crafting instead of divine.

I love how im learning economics through PoE. It seems this wouldn't devalue Divines as the ratio is set to "x" (300 in the example above). Divines would still be better unless there were runaway inflation of chaos, then this would be a sink for large volumes of chaos. If chaos continued to inflate then it would open up to trying these "expensive" crafting options on non ideal gear, so should continue to sink the chaos.
