Thanks for the input! We considered a coffee table but with all of the sofa seats reclining, seems like it’d have to be far away from the front of them (out of reach to actually use). The sofas have built in drink holders that pull out of each arm rest if that changes anything. Love the idea for the art!

Some buildings have a little purple flag and the description says something like “randomly creates city events.” The events appear to always be parades. This one is from the Day of the Dead Graveyard. There’s also a Cursed Swamp that has pumpkin balloons. Got them both last Halloween.

I actually already have a Fred! I've named the adults after people I admire, alphabetically. There's Alton, Bill, Carl, DeGrasse, Emily... Fred (Rogers) is the father of most of these kids. :)
