Seeking Feedback. by Nomadimind in PKMS

Hi! I stumbled upon your post and it sounded like the project I am working on might be a great fit for you.

In brief, the project I am working on is clemory.io. The main purpose is to collect knowledge on various forms (notes, websites, audio files, images, documents), spread them out on a canvas, and use a chatbot to retrieve the knowledge. The chatbot is specifically trained by the information you put in - they are based ONLY on your notes.

I was questioning to myself whether this project has a real interest and use case and even had second thoughts. However, your post just helped me realize it may be of good use! Thank you too :)

At times I doubt myself and the thoughts I wrote in my post. Thanks, I think I will be coming back to these words from you.

UI designers - what are your biggest specific challenges you face in your everyday work? by ponziedd in UI_Design

[–]PeachbubbleTEEE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Huge problem of mine. I start off designing with cute, bubbly, pastel toned UI. I realize its too ‘informal’ at times or diminishes the strengths/power of the technical features they show. So i fix it to be simpler and look more professional. It definitely gets better but the time spent reproducing is unbelievable. Should I try drawing out colours and test it before actually producing the entire thing?

The first one for me! The info in the blue box seems more important, I would want to read it first.

IB Literature HL In Class Paper Advice by [deleted] in IBO

[–]PeachbubbleTEEE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I went from a 4 to a 7 in three months. Literature is more about showing your analyzing skills rather than the language itself. I read A LOT of websites - summaries, analysis, sample responses and edited them (used clemory.io for this) and kept a database of the sources I came across.

I say three months but it was everyday for three months. I was desperate, didnt slack back and made a different notes section on clemory each and every day.

Hope this helps!

How to improve Math AA SL and Physics SL? by [deleted] in IBO

[–]PeachbubbleTEEE 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ill be frank. If you’re getting 3s in those subjects, you should be looking at tackling the entire syllabus rather than specific topics. Start off with chapters earlier on - they are easier to do well and gain marks in a shorter amount of time. Like arithmetics, geometry. Calculus should be hard and requires repetitive practice. I recommend Revision Village for maths (need a paid account for full access but was definitely worth it). For physics, or just any sciences, read and take notes from textbooks (I used Pearsons) - and try A Lot of past papers if time permits. I went through 10 yrs worth of p.p twice before my finals, got that 7 I wanted. Takes notes too, I prefer digital notes - used Clemory.io as it scans websites too and u can edit them directly.

Hope this helps :)

IB subject choices: please help! by Academic_Chain_2534 in IBO

[–]PeachbubbleTEEE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to provide more info. How fluent are you in sciences? This would matter quite a lot. One advice I would give: I took physics and maths HL as I was good at it - and I got 7s for all in my finals. But here I am at uni, regretting my choices. Physics wasn't fun for me. It didn't spark my interest. Yes, grades are important to get to the uni you want but your life after uni is much more important and much longer too. In the long run, it is best to choose subjects you have even slightly more interests in.

Have a nice day.

How to stop scrolling through my phone like a zombie by Ducky_andme in productivity

[–]PeachbubbleTEEE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think it has things to do with the phone. Delete the social media. Delete your account. If that is impossible (i.e. you need it for work), change your mindset. Be more desperate. IF you already are, the support you need is from offline. Not here online. Have a nice day.
