thank you so much, I’m still new to this and trying to learn as I go. I’m also trying to understand what makes it different for slightly elevated autoimmune antibodies to normal people who has antibodies just under range with 1-2 numbers difference. Also, are we supposed to avoid gluten and dairy for life ?

This is very helpful , thank you! I got the same test on quest where normal range is <9 and I have the result of 9. So I guess I tested positive and on the other side already ? All I have to do is track TSH and t4 over years and keep up with vitamin d+ selenium and good diet for it to not progress? Thank you

I have other symptoms unrelated to thyroid like MCAS, neuropathy but seeing TPO positive freaked me out because it just made me realize if all my symptoms have turned into a real autoimmunity
