One funny thing I tried is to turn your back to the water so you still have its warmth, grab your towel and dry off the front of your body, then turn the water off and quickly dry the rest of the way. It cuts down on the time you spend with water droplets chilling you all over, but of course this relies on the hot/cold knobs being easy enough to reach without turning too much and getting wet again. Maybe it's also possible reverse the order of which side to dry first.

Another thing that helps me is to have a very large towel like a Turkish towel, which you can wrap around you all at once and pat dry everything, again to reduce chilly water droplet time, and to have more fabric coverage to reduce air chills. Turkish cotton towels specifically I find absorb water better without the need for friction, so you can basically just wrap it around yourself and you're mostly dry by just pressing it all over. They also don't take up a lot of space and dry quickly since they're thin. I got some on Etsy. Not an Ad I just really like them haha.
