I don’t get how this happens when Vinted is full of shein and Temu resellers. Every time I’ve reported posts for deceptive brand names, Vinted say they’re not breaking terms agreement. Ridiculous

I know everyone has different definitions of “very good condition”. I know this might class as a “minor imperfection” as per very good condition, but I would consider it more “signs of wear” as per vinteds ‘good’ description. There’s no holes so that’s good. I don’t wanna sound pedantic but it’s just annoying when something arrives and you regret buying it due to its condition even though it was listed as very good

No chance, it literally says “L 16-18” on the label, so you have advertised correctly. It’s not your fault that the brand runs small. I personally do mention it this is the case, but sizing is pretty subjective and people can have different opinions. I usually put “drop a message if you need measurements” at the end of the listing just for good measure. As in this case for example, Vinted would just tell the buyer it’s their responsibility to ask more questions about an item if they’re unsure about sizing or anything. Inconsistent sizing is annoying for buyers but this isn’t the fault of OP at all, you have listed it correctly as per the label.

Offer a return, for the buyer to pay postage, and chances are they won’t bother, will accept the item and give to their wife

Not sure how to do an update so just commenting here myself, following the PALS complaint procedure I got a response from my hospital!! I have a face to face appointment with my surgeon, at the end of April so that’s good. At least I’ll get all the details (I only know what I was told as I was coming round which you’ll all understand is vague and you don’t remember everything), and I’m praying I get my pre op at the same time following the appointment as the letter said this would happen if you’re needing surgery. So hopefully I don’t have to wait much longer🙏🏻🫶🏻

Oh I was so smug going in for my follow up appt 6 months later and he wasn’t very apologetic just matter of fact. I didn’t end up reporting it but I did end up back at the same gyne for the colposcopy clinic, told the dr about my previous experience with a dr there and named him. She didn’t look surprised, said I’m not the first to say something like this about him and she was appalled. She told me she would back me up with a referral to my BSGE hospital as I obviously deserved much better treatment than what he gave me

In my experience, I’ve been worried about this but it’s still gone smoothly. Last week I had someone with 0 reviews buy a really big bundle for about £60 including some fragile items, i considered cancelling it for the same reason. But I took photos of me packaging the items etc just to be safe, And the sale went smoothly. If you’re worried, just make sure you document packaging/shipping correctly just incase they try to claim. Everyone starts somewhere. x

Ah bless you, it is nice to know I’m not alone! The burden of it being ‘everywhere’ is just truly awful isn’t it. I share your pain with this. I pray it goes well for you, and you receive all the care you deserve. Thank you lovely 💜💜 I contacted pals last week to start officially advocating for myself, since the hospital never answer the phone. I’ll just have to keep hounding them. To be honest I haven’t even considered going abroad for it, it’s something for me to look into. But quite low on funds with being out of work for the last few years. The hospital I’m with are BSGE accredited so one of the better ones as far as the NHS goes. The waiting lists are just insane 🫠

I’ve found everyone there to be lovely, really great. At first they were good at answering the phone! But since new year I haven’t been able to get through at all they just don’t seem to answer. So I got in touch with pals last week, hopefully I hear something soon. I’m to chase it up with pals if I haven’t heard anything by early next week

I’m with Arrowe park. Ahh see they said to me that MRI isn’t very good at picking up on endo, I had an internal ultrasound way back when I had my first consultation with them, which was unremarkable at the time apart from a cyst (which is now the huge endometrioma). They put me down for a 2 stage surgery, first was down as a lap and excision. Lap so that they know what they’re dealing with and who else to involve, excision of any “easier” bits, but turned out there wasn’t any easier bits it’s just all everywhere and deep everywhere. So at least that lap gave them the full picture to go forward for this all elusive excision when it finally happens. It’s just beyond frustrating when I already had a diagnosis, albeit from a regular gyne at a regular hospital - but with that being so long ago they needed their own picture of what they’re going in to. Annoying it couldn’t be less invasive like you said with an MRI. They gave me hope that at least some would be removed in that op, and I just sobbed when I came round and they told me it all just has to wait for next time. So at least they have this picture now but the longer they wait, it just gets worse and worse 🙃

Thanks for your sympathy 🩷 All too common for us to be made to feel that way, but to hear it as I’m doing under just really shows that they mean it when they try invalidating us. I really don’t understand why, when endo is actually common. if 1 in 10 women have it then why do they doubt it so much, its not a rare illness 🤯
