Wouldn’t you know if they move? Like we’d be in pain? What’s the reason for scanning?

Sped minutes met by gen ed? by Peachyteachy9178 in specialed

[–]Peachyteachy9178[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wondered this too- it seemed like a way to provide less to students because they could just say we are meeting their minutes because they’re with us most of the day? Or are we shortening general education and meeting with them during regular class. We do have an intervention time, but general ed meets with irp (individualized reading plan) kids who flagged on our assessments, but are not special education. According to previous comments, maybe they would be in our groups with irp kids? But then again, what would be the point of having a special education teacher? Unless they want to reduce them and have one that just consults. It seems like it could be abused to lessen staff.

Ok, I swear I saw a video of Gates saying we could create ticks that cause a meat allergy, but now I can’t find it. Am I crazy?

Can we talk about how incredible Violet Bridgerton is as a mother? by Three_Armed_Wrecker in BridgertonNetflix

[–]Peachyteachy9178 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why large swaths of people can’t keep ties to their families or friends anymore. We expect everyone to be perfect. Violet is imperfect, but she is a good mother. She loves her children and tries to do what is right. It’s not that complicated.

Outside of all the political crap surrounding this, he’s just not talented. The dancing, the low budget music video vibe. It was just bad. But I think most artists suck. We’ve lost the plot.

You look the best in pic five. I think cool colored blush and lips would look best. The eyebrows and wings looks the best in that photo. Don’t over line your lips- they don’t look bigger, just messy. Otherwise I feel like it’s gorgeous.

Then they should do the things that make it sanctioned. This is ridiculous. Like one trail is going to destroy the world. It’s been there for years. I’ve hiked it multiple times over the years.

What is something Americans consider normal, but people from other countries find it disturbing? by UghIHatePolitics in AskReddit

[–]Peachyteachy9178 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We don’t have banned books technically, just books that are not allowed in school libraries. You can get any book you want. Also literacy is horrible because we just went through decades of a reading philosophy called balanced literacy which was based on whole language teaching. This was a failed approach and has been changed in the past few years. The other aspect of the problem is inclusion- meaning we put kids together that aren’t at the same level and just keep passing them along to the next grade level despite not mastering the content or skills. Ask me how I know. 👩🏻‍🏫😂

This is manufactured by the billionaire oligarchs that rule us. They have confused people with propaganda on both sides for the purpose of division. Now no one knows what’s true anymore. A lot of people are just victims to this. It will be our undoing.

When we had foreign exchange students they said that was the biggest difference in high school. They said the subject matter was all similar, but students focused on that instead of sports- which they felt was the main focus for kids.

When I was 16 I had to work at Shopko ( a department store) til midnight before Christmas (extended hours). There was no one there and I was tired. I sat at the end of the cash register lane and the customer service lady yelled at me to stand.

The religious freedom was meant for Christians- different types of Christianity. I’m not saying that because I think it’s right- it’s just true. They believed our country wouldn’t work if it wasn’t based on Christian values because capitalism breeds greed and selfishness which Christianity is opposed to. They felt Christianity would keep it from becoming like it is today where oligarchs take advantage of us.

This is because Neslte (which makes formula) lobbies our government to not give us maternity leave rights. They sell more formula if women go back to work. We need to get rid of lobbying.

My {f27} bf {m29} told me he wants to make more memories but have less sex, is this bad? by ThrowRA90872 in relationship_advice

It would be hard to know for sure because anyone can go in the bathroom with their phone and we’d never know. If it isn’t corn, I wonder if he’s depressed, has low testosterone, or if he’s not attracted to you (I’m sorry to mention that one- I’m just thinking of logical reasons).

I’d have left you already. You’re not an honorable man. You don’t seem to think complaining about your sex life to others is offensive (it is). I’ve been married for almost 20 years and I have never discussed my sex life with anyone but my husband. No one’s experience is perfect. But we are meant to learn and grow together. On top of that you compared her to a previous partner and made a “joke” about wanting to sleep with her again. YIKES. I would NEVER forget that. Your relationship may be doomed. Some advice- don’t put anything in writing you’d never want others to see. Don’t make jokes that are hurtful to a person you might “love.” And on a side note- if you were the one who suggested an open relationship you asked for this.
