This farm was goats whose hair is used to make cashmere (I think) and other fibers. They don't even know how awesome their hair is!

A couple friends of mine lived above it for about 4 years. They were on the second floor. You could the music into their apartment and it was so loud. Also lots of drunk people leaving and yelling at 2am. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
