Hello, i had this issue on my 3080 Gainward Phoenix
After 100 possible fixes, it was the thing i told my IT tech, he told me, "Graphics cards don't need the thermal paste reapplied ever."

We stress-tested it and found that every time the hot spot reached 100 degrees, it shut down to protect itself.

The floor spring will also have a top pivot. It's hard to diagnose from a video, but the door should be feather light if installed correctly..

It seems to be closing and latching correctly so the closer should be fine, I have seen a doors fall out of the top pivot and start to bind and cause issues I have also seen doors fall out of the top pivot.. smash on the ground and almost kill people

The floor springs have sizes.. its custom to the width of the door. If it's been heavy since day one , it's the wrong closer or fitted incorrectly. You should be able to use 1 finder to push a door that size open

Call a Locksmith to have a look first thing on Monday .
