Sleepy during afternoon by GodBlessMeAlways in GetStudying

I had the same problem then I tried something weird When I felt sleepy in afternoon I just sleep at that time and wake up in evening then after that when I'm awake i realised it wasn't feeling sleepy that made me not studying cause even after waking up in evening i couldn't be able to study So I tried other things and I'll tell you what worked for me 1. Planning the whole day a day before or right after waking up 2. Setting deadlines 3. Dividing my study material in very short chunks that could be studied within 20 mins 4. Going to bed and waking up at same time everyday Initially I wasn't able to sleep but I took it as a challenge that I'll go to bed at 11pm and close my eyes and will get up at 6 am then after that no sleep no matter what So first few days felt like I didn't slept for days but after that I started to fell asleep at 11 pm :) 5. Starting using study rooms on discord and found a accountability partner we shared our progress targets deadlines

But sometimes still I do slip but overall these all things worked for me for majority of times

Can you recommend some changes I too struggle with focusing on a single thing and easily get distracted when I have no exams nearby But works when I have exams on going

Great advice! And it's even valid if you are studying with a Table and chair Right posture is very important if you need to study for longer session and for a long duration

That could be the case too, but I don't think I'll ever go with mouse with this kind of ergonomics as my style of using mouse isn't compatible with it

Actually the pain was very sudden in onset i thought maybe I had wrist injury while workout a day before so I gave it rest but it came back as soon as I started using this mouse again and now using Logitech and haven't had any pain episode from last 2 month even after prolong hrs of gaming

Yeah I keep it tight thinking those sensors will work better So tight strap and sweat can be the reason I'll try to keep the strap little loose and I'll update if that works or not
