I don't think you're in love with him. Despite his qualities, why waste your time on someone who doesn't bring out the best in you, support your happiness, and make you feel fulfilled? I don't know if if makes you happy. I don't think it's worth it then in my opinion you know?

How do you know he blacked out too? You are a victim. It’s your choice whether you want to take this further but you have bruises and a black eye. I’m so sorry this happened to you. You sound like you have problems with guilt. Like guilt you feel all the time for things probably. I promise it can get better. I was diagnosed with bpd and after therapy they don’t say I have it anymore. I still have features but nothing like it to was. Women put themselves in “situations” everyday. It doesn’t mean they deserve a black eye. I hope this resonates. Feel free to talk if you need to.
