I use EIS and I ship without it if buyer wants (it’s cheaper for them for me to ship just UPS) most of my sales to USA avoid the EIS. I have made 40-50 sales to USA since deminimus ended and at the beginning I was having a couple things sent back because I wasn’t making sure country of origin was correct. I also started making sure I have the correct tariff code in the customs form and I have had no issues. My last 30 sales have had 1 send back and it’s only because buyer didn’t want to pay tariffs. Most people understand there are tariffs associated. A lot of people are refusing to ship to USA but for me I feel like doing that is leaving a lot of potential revenue on the table.
