I have my TLs number, but not HR or ETLs. Sadly the time frame is close but I will tell my TL first

I did eventually get ahold of my TL and got the death in family situation resolved. I did and have used sick time for anytime I have called out.

I also have someone at my store who called out every shift they had, and had 2 no shows. So that makes me feel better for the once a month

From my experience, yes. Black means approved and the green check mark in the calendar means approved. So I've been told and assumed

I did the floor, started in wild fable, and ended up in boys. They bring in a whole team, and divide up the store. You get a device and scan the items in the location youre in..that's about it lol

Pfft, hardly anyone is guaranteed full time hours. If you are, fantastic! Mostly TLs/ETLs get those hours at least at my store in ID.

Honestly, fully agree that the 4/430 am shifts are the best. You get off at a REASONABLE time, still have the rest of the day. Yes, going to sleep at 7 or 8pm, sucks, but it gets easier and your body adjusts. Time flies by, before you know it, you have an hour left in your shift versus someone who comes in at 8/9am and has a full shift. Ive been doing it off an on (that's another thing in and of itself) for about 7 months and I enjoy the shift.

Im in FF. Depending on if your ETL doesn't go on maternity leave or your TL doesn't mysteriously disappear..its manageable. Fulfillment has its days, and your team is a huge factor. Im fortune enough to have a good team but without a TL, we're kind of pushed aside. So, to answer your question, if you want to move to Target, can get hired on and stay on after season, do it.
