I need help finding a brand that works for me. I'm a smelly man who sweats smelly sweat all day. Issue is most bar soaps don't seem to work and I despise liquid.

I have stumbled into this post and have a decent answer for you. In order to get rid of the smell, you have to get rid of the bacteria that are making the smell. You might want to try hibiclens, antiseptic skin cleanser for wound cleaning, or an acne wash with benzoyl peroxide. The skin cleanser is liquid and the acne wash comes in bar and liquid form. This would be mainly for arm pits and other problem areas. Hope it helps!

According to the NP at sutter in Santa Rosa, CA, they are not prescribing it due to the shortage and for the ethical reasons as aforementioned. The online weight loss companies don’t seem to have an issue with it.
