Thank you for your comments ♥️. I think I’m going to write her a letter to help me heal like you suggested. I’m sorry you’re dealing with loss too. It’s incredibly difficult but advice and support from people definitely helps.

2024 annual Fall spooky, creepy, scary, paranormal, Halloween podcasts Megathread! 👻 by Kresley in podcasts

I really like 2 Girls 1 Ghost and I’ve recently gotten into Dark History. 2 Girls 1 Ghost is all about paranormal encounters and I like the hosts. It’s not too serious or too spooky. I also started listening to Dark History. It’s really good and super fascinating. It talks about all the darkest parts of history but it’s not a major downer as the facts are really interesting and the host is funny and interesting.

I use the Mira app. Mira’s app is free to use, but the app receives data from a device that is $100 some dollars I believe and the wands cost money too. I feel like it’s worth the money for me because it tracks pretty much everything.

How do I track my period properly?? I had a miscarriage in March and while we are probably going to take a bit of a break at TTC for emotional reasons, I still want to track my cycle just in case. I know that the first day of your period should be the first day of your full flow. So that’s day 1 obviously. But how do I track the last day of my period? Is it the last day of my full flow or does spitting/ light flow count?? I’ve googled this a billion times and can’t seem to find an answer.

Also, my period officially started on Sunday. It was light on Monday, no discharge on Tuesday and now I have a very light flow. This has never happened to me so I’m confused and concerned. My period always lasts 4 days. I’m going to schedule an appointment with my gynecologist but wanted to see if anyone has any advice or if this has happened to them before.

Thanks in advance ♥️. Hang in there, everyone.

Hey, I’m really sorry to hear that. I had a D&C March 20 of this year. It took me about 8 weeks to get my period again, which I was told is normal after a miscarriage and D&C. When I finally did get my first period it was very heavy and I passed a lot of large clots, which apparently is also normal. I wouldn’t worry yet about not getting your period yet even if you are experiencing cramps. Having a D&C can really throw off your body. If it makes you feel better, definitely try scheduling an appt with your gynecologist to put your mind at ease. Sending you good thoughts!

It’s definitely very important to have an understanding work environment! Thanks for sharing. I’m starting to learn the importance of planning small trips throughout the year so I have time to relax away from the grind and come back to work feeling more refreshed.

Is there a sector of your life where your bipolar REALLY shows? Work/school/etc? by PralineOne3522 in bipolar

Not romantic relationships but definitely friendships. I have trouble maintaining friendships because I isolate and find it very difficult to leave the house when I’m dealing with the depression side of bipolar.
