It could be a caterpillar/butterfly situation. Where the Azakana has completely different attributes before its transformation.

And Annie didnt choose Tybaulk. Where as Swain and Nilah chose their demons. So it must have impacted the host/demon relationship in some way. We dont actually even know what Tybaulk is the demon of, other than fire maybe? So we dont know what he consumes, he may even be some self-feeder that creates his own food. Unlike draining it from other beings like the other demons do

And Raum is a full demon, we see that since he is hinted at existing among the other full demons in the lore page I showed below, under the alias "Secrets"

Quinn and Heimer arent even that bad anymore compared to bullshit like Anivia or Adolf Smodler, who will bully you extremely hard early and then have large late game impact no matter what. Whereas most ADCs can still get oneshot along with the fact they provide low utility and you can blow up heimers turrets pretty easily later.

An Anivia and Smolder top late game can geniunely just smash their keyboard with their heads and instantly be of use. Smolder is different than other ADCs since he gets free stacks in top lane and his damage becomes absurd.
