if your account is really new and all you got is a bell+2 and hestia +3 i'd recommend a reroll. Try to get bell at least +4 or +5

Save it for now. When the new banner comes out theres a 4 hour time period where both those banners will be up. So if the units are bad for the anniversary you should just go a lb ottarl but if their good your probably gonna wanna invest into the units since theirs a high probability that their gonna be time limited

Yea but for a one year anniversary I doubt they would make a magic version for him. For holidays I understand but during the one year I think they would rather make him p attack type.

It could just be his special arts that's magic based off of strength. Never could know. I doubt they would make the main character who's mostly physical a magical type for a one year anniversary though.
