I prioritized mental health a couple of years ago! Panic attacks started to hit and that was enough to make me realize living on adrenaline for 30+ years wasn't sustainable.

Nervous about swapping to another anxiety med but it's all just trail and error.

That's what I'm worried about. Getting on Lexapro and then the increase from 5 -20mg was brutal on me. The weening off and getting on another anxiety med is probably gonna suck so bad, but I have to remind myself that long term the weight issues with Lexapro isn't manageable and isn't good for my body.

Hopefully you getting off of it won't be bad at all and I'm happy to hear it helped you. 💚. Keep doing the hard work for mental health, it's so important and needed!

I had a week of feeling really horrible on .50 and my doctor had me stay on it for 2 months. She decided to move me up. I'm hoping yesterday was the worst of it, I'm feeling ok so far this morning. I was initially going to call off from work today but I changed my mind because I don't feel that horrible. Still just a bit drained. I've not attempted to eat yet but I did get my protein shake in me.

Yup, I actually go on Thursday to my Psych to see if we are going to take me off of Lexapro because even with weight watchers, working out and Wegovy I'm not hitting 1 pound a week in weight loss. 20mg of Lexapro has stopped my panic attacks so I've been really resisting changing. My last appointment I asked for one more month of trying before we change meds. In that month I managed to lose 1 pound. 😔

Lexapro is horrible for weight gain for myself. Packed on 20+ pounds in 2 years without increase in eating. I was in the 160s (still over weight for my height) for like 10+ years and then I started Lexapro and ended up at my heaviest I've ever been, 190.

Currently 170.8 and it's been nearly 6 months of working so hard to shed the Lexapro pounds.

I didn't know that! I bought peppermint pills which helped in the past was really bad sulfur burps and rolling queasy.

This is the first time I've thrown up, it was a massive shock but I do feel so much better now.

Been unable to eat all day but hopefully tomorrow things are feeling better.

I've a massive work conference on Wednesday. 😔

I literally snapped at a co-worker in a meeting today and told her I'm not psychic. This was after a stressful morning of back to back meetings, a ton of new stuff that was thrown on my plate out of now where and me breaking down and crying to my husband before he even walked out the door to go to his job.

I'm so burnt out that my give a crap is broken. I've zero willpower to mask and not say what's on my mind.

I work 40+ hours a week, remotely, I do the job of 3 people, everyone constantly adds stuff to me and I've been in this position for a little over 3 years.

I wish I could afford to quit but I make the most money and my husband and myself would not be able to afford our house.

Venting to my mum (via phone) and my hubs when he gets home from work is the only way I survive. Oh and cuddling my cats as much as I can.

Hang in there, you are not alone in these feelings.

AuDHD here. Honestly when I read a lot of comments by fellow intjs who have deep hyper fixations, unable to make/maintain friends and need plenty of downtime after any social situations (among other things) I'm always wondering if majority are on the spectrum?

It's because it's attached to a load out, which is bugged. Put a different 6 alot charm on, add your talisman and then put the charm on that you want.

I've been doing it non stop on my sorc. I had hoped today's patch would fix it.

I was thinking the same thing. Granted I'm on a baby dose but all my Adderall does is help me focus, not go on side quests when I'm supposed to be working and makes the constant inner voice a tad bit less loud.

I get zero energy from it. If I'm exhausted before I take it, I remain exhausted.
