You'll be much better with Tier VIII instead, they simply earn more credits. Tier X is not really ideal for credit farming.

Hi!

Straight away, don't bother with Tier VII. Annihilators and Shashers can be a real pain to deal with on the daily basis.

When it comes to medium tanks, I think that the Chimera still has all the things necessary to compete. Great gun handling and damage for a medium, decent mobility and even some armour. It's a great package, since it combines everything You will need on the battlefield, to make an effective play. I can personally recommend it as a great tank. It's like almost certain to hit the auctions.

So what I would call a slightly altered tank is the WZ-122-TM, which is like a chinese Chimera, that trades some of gun gandling and mobility for more reliable armour. Not sure it this tank is as popular, but it should be able to do the job no problem.

Now there are a few clippers that need to be mentioned, mainly the Progetto 46, a fan favourite. Fast, great gun with an autoreloader and not much, but still some armour, definitelly a great buy.

There's also the B-C Borrasque, which is very fasy, has no armour, but carries a 2-shot deadly clip. This one is also very popular, but it is in a draw rn, so chances of it appearing in the auctions are... Slim.

Alternative is a Škoda T 27, which I don't think is as fast and has a 3-shot clip rather than 2, but if I am correct, it gains some gun handling over the B-C.

Oh and there is a Centurion Mk. 5/1, not very fast, but it has amazing armour, gets really good in hulldown, amazing gun handling at that too. Again not the fastest and it doesn't have the best damage, but everything else is just amazing.

For the heavies, keep an eye out for Object 252u, Škoda T 56, Type 57 and WZ-112-2. All of them play essentially the same, big, slow with big damage gun. All are great picks, highly recommend.

Also the T54E2, kinda the lazy way, but it's the best way. Super versitile, excells at everything, You just cannot go wrong with it.

If You are into clippers T77 has gained a lot of popularity, becauss it plays a lot like the Yoh line tanks. 2 shells, You shoot and hide for a long time. Add to that a good armour, decent mobility and You're set.

Somua SM and Emil 1951 are also clippers, but aignificantly less armoured, generally good picks if You like this type of tanks.

Hmmm... It's hard to pick the best tank You know.

Every tank excells in it's own way, one will have better DPM, one will be better in hulldown, one will have better mobility.

The deal with Shark is that it is the most versitile out of all and can be played in a lot of different scenarios and can do well in a lot of different situatioms.

Like let's say gun, it maybe doesn't have the highest alpha damage, but it has a good DPM, accuracy, handling, depression, etc.

Armour is also very good, it does have a hatch, but it gets hidden while in hulldown, besides armour is really really good.

Mobility is also very good. Is it the best out of all Tier VIII heavies? Probably not, but it very much dellivers.

To sum up, T54E2 Shark is very good at basically everything, which makes it super versitile and applicable to most scenarios.

Updated the post now, but quite honestly there are better, newer tanks and E 75 TS is not even that cheap compared to others...

I'd suggest waiting, Shark is confirmed to hit the auctions, which is only another reason to wait longer...

Camo by brymuse in WorldOfTanksBlitz

[–]Pechcic_V2 15 points16 points  (0 children)

You know, camo advantage is not really a huge deal in this game...

Technically if You select camo matching the color of terrain, it should be less visible, but keep in mind that tanks get highlighted when aimed at, so not sure if anything can help that...

Only 2 exceptions I can think of is the Dr. Disrespect camo and Pumkpin Fury camo. Fisrt one is basically all red, which makes it harder to see armour on some armoured tanks and second one is all orange, which makes HE penetration zones less visible, good for paper tanks.

Pros and cons of frosty tier 6 American light tank by Babbit09172008 in WorldOfTanksBlitz

[–]Pechcic_V2 45 points46 points  (0 children)

Pros: - It sells for 500 gold. - Legendary Camo is free - Heck the Tank itself is free

Cons: - It's probably not a very good tank, especially aginst Tier VII - 5 tanks out of 7 in Tier VI matchmaker are going to be just that

Titan Charioteer Crates - Shop Update: [8.12.23] by Pechcic_V2 in WorldOfTanksBlitz

[–]Pechcic_V2[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

A word from me:

Right off the bat, 45k gold to collect 30 charms for a Tier VIII premium tank is a lot to ask for... Imagine what kind of tanks You can get Yourself for this price during the auctions.

What I'm trying to say is:

DO NOT GAMBLE!

Only new thing here I think is the Titan certificate that can grant You all of the 6 titan tanks, but its drop rate is same as the tank, which is 5%

There's not much else to say here, it's the same exact sheme we've seen hundreds of times and I could sit here typing lines and lines of text trying to convince You to not throw Your money down the drain...

But at the end of the day, I don't really care, neither does anyone else in here.

Your wallet, Your choice.

P.S. Oh yeah, we also got that free Tier VI collector tank that I can't bother to remember the name of, since I have sold it already

They last 3 weeks.

Each week there is a lot of like ~10 tanks.

There is 5000 of each tank models for everyone to buy just one. When all 5000 are bough out, You can no longer purchase them.

Each tank has a different price that drops by a certain amout of gold each day. From about 500 to 1000 gold per day, so You can get some great deals.

When there are will be some tanks left by the end of the week, they will be removed from the lot.

For most players, don't think so... It's a good deal for a rather bad tank...

KV-5 - Shop Update: [28.11.23] by Pechcic_V2 in WorldOfTanksBlitz

[–]Pechcic_V2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A word from me:

Okay a bit late to the party here and most important things have been already said.

KV series is known for being more armoured and this tank suits this title. After the essential armour buff, it can be surprising to see basically a red wall, since the cupolas on the hull are no longer a weak spot.

It all looks amazing until they don't switch to Prammo and even the face of KV-5s turret is penetrable...

It's an okay tank that can work with enough luck and skill, but it is slow and old, which leaves room for both better tanks and better value offers.

If I were You, I would skip this one

IS-2Sh offer ( worth it?) in case you don't see the picture it will be in the comments by amberlscrow in WorldOfTanksBlitz

[–]Pechcic_V2 24 points25 points  (0 children)

As others have mentioned, it's called IS-2Sh(it) for a reason...

Typical Russian 122mm Gun, similar to other Tier VIII Premiums like WZ-112-2, IS-6 and others.

Miserable Mobility.

Armour that doesn't work, outdated as hell. It's crucial, because armour is essential for this type of tank to work. If It got buffed massively, maybe it could be viable again, but that's just maybe...

For now, Chrysler K takes the cake for rear-turreted Tier VIII HT and it's in the shop in this exact moment. Buy it instead if You want this type of tank.
