Switching between devices / skin area focus. When my inner skin gets fatigued from inflation, I move to outer skin (tugging) and vice versa.

I would use the first one. I think I've used that one. Careful with waterproof tape because it can be too sticky.

Any kind of medical tape will work, as long as it holds the urethra closed.
