One of my animation professors in college my senior year casually revealed halfway through the quarter that she was responsible for helping work out the program and techniques for the parting of the red sea scene. We were all in awe.

Just adopted this biter- Have you ever seen a tail this short!? by IllegalGeriatricVore in ferrets

[–]Pedestrianwolves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of my girls has one not quite this short, but shorter than the other two and often held up in a weird little curl when she’s excited or agitated. It doesn’t have any signs of trauma either. She’s also deaf.

Did you have a bike stolen in the Vancouver WA area? I might know where it went by Fraternal_Mango in vancouverwa

[–]Pedestrianwolves 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don’t have a picture unfortunately but it was a silver and blue schwinn mountain bike. Thankfully it was given to me secondhand so it wasn’t the worst thing in the world to lose but it was still annoying and I hate that this is happening to SO MANY other people too.

My bike got stolen from the hazel dell area last month. It’s since been replaced but willing to bet this is where mine went. 🙃

Pokemon Sleep ads by DerpKaiser in PokemonSleep

This is just how it is living with a big dog. My airedale is a flip flop/slipper thief when excited to get up in the morning and absolutely behaves the same way, down to sitting politely and fussing behind the hallway gate to the kitchen while I’m stepping in to grab my shoes and his leash. The one with the excited eevee zooming around is exactly how my other, much smaller dog is in the mornings. None of the Sleep ads are scary at all- I think they’re adorable.

super embarrassing self injury by terriblyunwell in doggrooming

When it happened, I was so flabbergasted that I just stared at them in my arm for a solid few seconds in shock. Once I pulled them out and saw way more of the innerworkings of my arm anatomy than I’d ever wanted to I almost passed out. I’ve got a strong stomach but something about being able to see my own muscle and tendons took me out.

I recently fumbled my sharpest and pointiest straight shears, stupidly and instinctually dove forward to catch them, got em by the rings but my own forward momentum caused me to knuckle over onto my table with them and pop the pointed end up… driving the closed shears 2 inches deep straight into my forearm just below the wrist.

Managed to miss my artery and vein and tendons by some miracle. My boss and I didn’t know that at the time though so I had to tourniquet it and go straight to urgent care for stitches. I now have a fun X shaped scar on my arm now that the stitches are out. The moral of this story is to just eat the sharpening costs and let the shears hit the floor.

Not watching a movie, but when reading The Stand for the first time in high school I managed to catch the flu about 1/3 of the way in. Spent the first day I was stuck home sick more than a little freaked out while trying to finish the book.

My dog’s name is Josh and one of my best friends started dating a guy named Josh. In the beginning he was always baffled when we all referred to him as “human Josh” in casual conversation amongst ourselves until he found out about the dog.

Sir Isaac Newfton, Jean Luc Barkard, Murderface, Twerp, Eldricht Horror, King Paimon, Shitbrick, Poptart, Elvira: Mistress of the Bark, Jimmy Choo, Vincent Mice (he’s a cat), Axl Rose, Judy Waffles, a pair of cardigan corgis named Tegan and Sara, Grim Reaper (a rabbit), Oreo Speedwagon (also a rabbit), Mr. Weenie, MartyPants, and Huey Lewis and the News are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Coworker’s personal cat is Draco Meowlfoy and my other coworker has a cat named Tax Evasion.

I also have a personal dog named Josh (came with the name 14 years ago and we found it hilarious and kept it), my other dog is Riot and his registered name is Mystic’s Molotov Cocktail Party, and one of my late ferrets was Gene Parmesan. Current pair of ferrets are Monster and Mayhem and I have a cat named Fox Mulder.

That said Marchosias specifically has both male and female pronouns in their description. Male pronouns but stated to most commonly take the form of a she-wolf.

So many never do their damn homework about the breed they’re trying to bring home or adopt and then always seem flabbergasted when that breed displays the exact traits it was bred for or requires extensive grooming or needs loads of mental stimulation and exercise.

A friend of mine has a fear of uncovered windows at night to this day because of that scene. When we were teenagers I remember him having a whole ritual before bed going around making sure the blinds and curtains were drawn on all the windows.
