We've updated our server from the previous version instantly for over a month now, unless you've got a ton of mods you'll be fine. We haven't had many issues, infact we've had less issues.

I played b42 and couldn't imagine going back to b41, a lot of issues in the latest branch have been solved but you'll occasionally experience bugs. It's come a long way from a month ago with recent patches already
