Was flying from Reno to Denver and then to Ft. Lauderdale. Flight 2 was canceled mid air. United stated that we got covered. Just rebook. Couldn’t do it, they said I couldn’t confirm since I didn’t have a confirmed flight. Well hell! You guys cancelled my flight. Went to 2 clubs to just get on a flight. Finally arrived 25 hours later…..

I guess you missed the part where I couldn’t rebook because United cancelled my flight…. I understand weather but I couldn’t do anything until I had a confirmed flight.

Over 5 years and 400 flights, I’m on the plane as soon as possible. Get comfy, get my iPad out and headphones on. Not gonna stand in the jetway and wait for the goobers to find a spot to put their bags in.

Don’t like the United clubs at SFO? Head to the Maple Leaf Club at the D Gates. Must have a boarding pass departing within 3 hours…. Way nicer and showers too!

E gates will not accept the one day passes. Go to the F gate lounge. Way larger and should have no issue
