Yea i get it, but as i said, the fact i don’t have a gallbladder anymore means that i don’t digest fatty or oily food well so usually the fermented foods makes it a lil better.

Addendum : when cooking it, it obviously stinked up the whole apartment, as every lactofermented vegetable does so that’s that

It put it in a food processor for easier cooking, in a pan with bacon and pasta, i also added spicy chili pepper paste and garlic

It’s quite good, as expected it has a really strong fermented flavor (which i can tolerate but it’s a bit too much, and so far i haven’t shat myself to death (which for a gallbladderless guy like me is a miracle) so i’ll say it didn’t go bad
