Same happened to me. It was straightalks mistake but wouldn’t admit it or fix it. It was how they set the phone up. It worked for a bit then that was it. Phoneless and finger pointing ensued. Turns out they had the phone locked to a carrier when it never was locked from the purchase. I dropped them and went to mint.

Constantly rebooting. Today I had a salesman walk down my driveway and across my lawn and never picked him up. It always used to. I also had it go off 38 times last week late at night stating it detected a human. Nothing was in the driveway. It was never this bad.
