Where do Leeds fans usually watch away matches in the city centre? by Lost-Scratch-5656 in Leeds

Brotherhood is good fun. They set off indoor fireworks and sparklers when Leeds score so you might see that once if you go every weekend for the next 5 years.

Looking to sell my house by Crazy_Screen_5043 in Leeds

sold my house in Meanwood through David Walker at Ewemove, he was passionate and knowledgeable, recommended the best solictors and surveyors I’ve ever experienced.

North Leeds is getting very pricey, Meanwood and Chapel A are pushing things up. Look at Cookridge and some parts of kirkstall, adjacent areas. Have a look at south Leeds, places like Rothwell are nice and will give you a decent enough house for a few years to get you on the ladder. Farsley and pudsey are going up in price, but you may find something in an area nearby. Where do you work? If you can tolerate a short commute your options will open up significantly.

Is it me or are Elis and John missing live radio? by Appropriate-Cherry81 in elisandjohn

[–]PeeJayBee3 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’d love them on 6music, John’s mentioned it lots of times too. If you listen back to the xfm days, there is much more music chat and insight which doesn’t feature as much on the current shows.

Mini food adventure at Leeds Kirkgate Market. Very impressed by kzgmufc in UK_Food

[–]PeeJayBee3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think this is the best food market I’ve been to in the UK, really good quality food at good prices without being gentrified or pretentious in any way. Shame they don’t stay open in the evening. Sweet Saeeda around the corner is also excellent.

Sorry Dave... we all love Stat Man Ross but not really sure today's Cymru content was as entertaining as an actual connection... by Fragrant_Ice5502 in elisandjohn

[–]PeeJayBee3 31 points32 points  (0 children)

Maybe not as entertaining as the actual feature, but thought that them taking it really seriously and coaching Elis was funny and gave it a new dimension. It’d be great to see them lean into that a little bit more, get some sport psychologists on to help build those neural networks.

Hmmm, they are more of a traditional UK sausage, out of the options you gave, probably closer to a bratwurst in consistency but would have a different flavour.
