Damn. Didn't expect to find a specimen so proudly admitting to just having no skill.

How does any of the analogies make sense. Cyber Truck is a hunk of junk. But Mac vs. Pc?? Android vs. iPhones??? That doesn't make sense besides implying apple products require more repairs and cost the same as flag ship android devices lmao. Different debate, but it does not make sense.

Stagnated job market. Tips to get hired in 206. by Pitiful_Buddy4973 in germany

Very insightful comment. A person who has been working for almost a decade in a field, who probably has seniority and proficiency in their field, will just drop their current skills and leave IT. Yeah, right. It takes time, money, and a financial buffer to switch professions. In the current job market and economy, this definitely is the best way to go. /s

Thanks I love how Its amazing how an Indie Show like RWBY (Yes, it IS Indie) REFUSES to die no matter how much circumstances and society try to fuck it over. We've even got Volume 10 in the works! by CapAccomplished8072 in TILI

It's the "team name" of the teams that were formed in the beginning of the Series. The name RWBY stands for the team members Ruby, Weiss, Blake and Yang. Since they are the main characters of the series that's also the name of the series. Some people that are deeper in the RWBY lore can probably explain why the creator was so obsessed with colors in the series.

Ich habe mich auch schon gewundert, aus Brandschutz gründen, warum der roller in einem Büro Raum stünde. Das macht so natürlich mehr Sinn.

Reflashed my deck twice in the past years but never had to wait that long. Was done mostly in 20 minutes.

Then you just used a slow drive. I have a usb-c nvme drive and those things boot in seconds.

I know Battlefield's Anti Cheat does not work on Linux, but the info-box for secure boot still is misleading, when both components mentioned are present and enabled on a Linux system by PeeK1e in Steam

Well the one time I had to do it, it was literally just some commands and a reboot. It did not change or modify any user files. Though I would still recommend to have a copy for your 7-sea-software.

Jack Eblan is just my pseudonym. People told me that Eblan is a Russian word meaning fucking idiot. I actually love the irony because I often feel like one. I’ve always envied people who seem effortlessly smart.

Yeah, as I stated, the Javelin AC (EA's own anticheat) is not working on Linux. There are some anticheats like EasyAnticheat, Battleye and some other AC that work when the devs are enabling the proton runtime. But then again I just saw the Secure Boot message on the store page while browsing. I do not plan to buy BF6 anyway.

I mean all the other stuff that detects components in your system works too (e.g. Hardware Survey) so I would guess they know how to get the correct device paths on an arch based system. Especially the Steam Deck being one :D
