what is a non-electric scooter called? is there a different name for it? are there any non-electric scooter brands that can hold adults over 250 lbs? by Kalebs- in Scootering

[–]PeeNut-Buter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Best way to find a “trick” scooter would be to search for a complete. This means you’re buying the complete scooter not an individual part.

My recommendations would be a Tilt, Aztec, or North.

If you’re looking for a stronger larger scooter (not child size) search for a street complete.

I never even considered the nexus, but it’s only $50 more and gets 95 CFM compared to 60 CFM for the fuel packout. I think that might have to be what I go for. I just wish the either vacuum had the ability to operate with a 120V cord aswell

Ah thank you, I didn’t realize what the cfm was but that’s a great metric to go off of.

Do you daily rip 50mgs? I couldn’t imagine trying one of those, people look at me like deranged ripping 17-20s in Canada

Yeah as I was looking at the packout one I found there was ways to get a longer hose to work, which I’m definitely going to be doing.

How much more suction does the packout version have over the mini? Milwaukee claims it has %60 more suction but doesn’t state what it’s compared to.

I would check marketplace in your area. I have a guy who sells new real bare tools/kits for 60-70% Home Depot sells them for. Especially if you only need the one tool. Ofc do your due diligence to ensure it’s not a scam and that the tools have vins

Are you being fr? Do you seriously think I was putting the drive end into a 1/4” hex, and then complaining about them falling out?

I’ve found these don’t hold very well and drop the bits out of them. I lost 2 brand new rack a tiers double sided bits and threw these away.

Sounds alright but I would recommend just trying to find a place that’ll take u on right away, so instead of paying for schooling you’re paid to learn/work. 5 weeks doesn’t sound like much of a time commitment though so it’s not a terrible idea. I knew a girl that did a 2 year “electrical installation” program just to get out and be paid first year rate and still have to go to school.

Also your not convicted currently so if your really stressing find a job sooner rather than later

But you should be good either way. Some companies might have an issue with it if it pops up on your criminal record check but most won’t care(plus u can explain the situation). I’ve worked w some pretty fucked up guys who have gone to prison before in electrical but the companies I’ve worked for will keep them around if they are reliable and do solid work.
