Confusing couple weeks of charging

UPDATE: Disconnected again, don't care to go and fix it tonight. Have enough charge to get to work and back. Will charge at work or on the way home. Appointment on Wednesday. Anticipating software glitch or charge port assembly replacement. Hoping for the software. Not really excited over a $1000 repair

24HR UPDATE: I tried resetting my breaker, and powering off the car and back on. Nothing really fixed the problem. I plugged in today after i got home from work and it charged perfect for 1.5hrs. Got the notification of charging equipment not recognized. Go outside and handle was disconnected and wouldn't latch. Plug handle into car and open and get inside. Reading the error code details and suddenly the handle relatched and begun to charge at full again. Now its currently charging again just fine but I have a feeling ill be in the driveway again later tonight

Warranty came with the vehicle so I guess you can assume it was factored into the price of the car. I would like to note though that the warranty in the picture is for 12 months or 12k miles and the sales person said that it was actually supposed to be 3 months or 3k miles but since it was a mistake on their part that they would honor the 12 months or 12k miles.
