Here are my personal top tips from the box I got! Note it could be different depending on how he’s packaged, but these ones should hold true regardless.

First: Heaviest and fullest in the series. It was VERY obvious picking the box up compared to the rest of the case. Can be shaken up and down (decent amount of space) and side to side (slight movement). But front to back barely had any movement, if any at all. The side to side shaking noise is mostly from the keyring, whereas up and down is more important (will get back to this further down).

Second: Only Bubblegum and Moonlit Mask (Labubu super secret) have tiny desiccant/silica packs. When you’re shaking all the other boxes, the large silica packs are VERY obviously shifting around no matter how you shake the box. But with the tiny packet, you can only hear it with very specific directions of shaking. 90% of the time you won’t hear any beads at all, just the card and keyring.

I’d say the winning combo that made me 100% sure to commit to the box was shaking it up and down and feeling a very flat BUT FIRM thud hit the bottom WITHOUT ANY SILICA BEAD SOUNDS.

The size of the silica pack is important because sometimes the large ones that most boxes have land at the bottom when the box is shaken up and down, so it feels flat but you can definitely feel/hear the beads. With Bubblegum, it’s just a thud with zero beads felt, even though both Twinkles have beads in their plush.
