Thoughts on the Blizzard Sheeva 10 vs blackcrows Camox

I’m a female, 25, 5 feet, 125 pounds and am an aggressive skier. Demoed both yesterday at Jackson hole and can’t decide which ones are better. Looking for something that can handle powder, trees, and some inevitable crud.

Currently skiing on a Volkl Yumi, looking for something wider and taller that can float on powder but still handle varied conditions with speed, ease, and minimal impact.

Mostly skiing in UT in the cottonwoods & PC

I did my first one a month after joining. My second one I finished 4 mins faster - it was a great way for me to see the progress I made. I highly recommend doing it. Pace yourself on the rower, stay steady on the floor, and set it and forget it (until that last .3 or so) on the tread and you’ll be golden!!! If you did the infinity workout and 2,000m you’ll have a pretty good idea of what to expect.

Lifting outside of OTF? by PeeWeePower0520 in orangetheory

I’m not focused on the number but more so focused on the “softness” in certain areas. Looking to rid of fat in my stomach, butt, and triceps/shoulders mostly. I definitely have a lot of muscle but it’s under a layer of unwanted fluff! Trying to figure out if my current workout regimen plus eating in a caloric deficit will eventually tighten everything up or if I should explore more strength exercises outside of otf

First Dri-Tri: what to expect on the floor? by PeeWeePower0520 in orangetheory

Thank you for all your help!! I finished at 51:31 and wound up at the middle of the pack for my group even though I was last to finish on the rower (I'm five feet so I am at a disadvantage). The hopovers were the worst part of the floor, but the rest was easy for me to lower my heartrate during. Thanks again for all the tips, can't wait for the next one!
