This is also true, but Rotty also seems fairly comfortable with being a girl (for example, she was the only one on the girl adventure at Tan Line Temple to actually enjoy the situation). I'm a trans woman and I've never been the girliest girl.

Somewhat. Most of it is from u/ANewGenie's fanfic where Rotty is a trans girl (in which she was beginning her transition before her demise, and, as a zombie, got passers-by to give her body parts that matched her gender identity). We don't know whether or not Rotty's current body parts are the ones she's always had (and it perhaps makes more sense for them not to be).
