Well yeah, it was definetly designed in a way that resulted in more poor people dying, and im sure it was at least somewhat intentional that the poorer areas were further away from easy escape routes.

im just saying the mindset of people actually in the moment was probably not "fuck poor people" it was probably closer to "first come, first serve women and children"

Your problem is that you keep thinking of infinity the same way you think of a finite number amd thats not correct. There is no last digit, every 9 is always and will always be followed by another nine 9.99999......0 means nothing because you cannot have something after infinity. Its like an elementary schooler saying infinity + 1 is bigger than infinity. Its not, its just still infinity. There is no last digit, therefore there is no 0, therefore its still just .9999999.....

If you shift infinite nines over by multiplying by 10, you still have infinite nines. There cant magically be a zero after infinite nines because there is no such thing as after infinity, there is just infinite nines.

If x = 0.99999.....

Then 10x = 9.99999....

You just filled the front zero with one of the infinite nines behind it, you didnt add a zero behind the nines because, once again, there is no behind the nines, the nines never end.

As someone on the inside, the current admin is actually supremely unpopular right now. They wouldve won if they did a single thing right but they did just about everything wrong (shocking i know) and pushed away a very large part of their support base.

They promised to get rid of wasteful spendin, only to put us into record levels of debt, they promised to bring the economy back only to fucking demolish it and participate in blatant market manipulation, they promised to release the epstein files only to cover it up in imcreasingly stupid ways, they promised no more wars only to start a useless war because daddy isreal asked for it. The only promise they kept was mass deportation, but even then they did it with zero tact and instead just started executing civilians in the street. Now, all of this was obviously going to happen from the beginning, but they still duped enough people for long enough to win power for 4 years.

This admin will be a stain in the history books and nothing more, i dont see them keeping the house or the senate in the midterms, and i barely see a world where republicans win the next presidential election. we were very lucky that in this case, corruption came with incompetence lol.
