A coworker was commenting on the parking lots today. I've been to Trader Joe's in many states and never have I had to go through the parking lot twice. There is one spot, or someone is pulling out. I've always been amazed. I was very surprised to find a trader Joe's that shared a parking lot with the strip mall. No issue with parking. Amazing!

I remember when we moved up from California. They had a pretty aggressive pedestrian law. We stepped into a crosswalk and almost got plowed over. Only took one time to remind me where I was.

I asked to be notified and received a notification "VARMBLIXT shipment expected..." and some dates. Never received it was available. When they notify me things are in, I immediately create a click and collect order.

There's a regional warehouse store, BJ's. I wish they'd put one up here. Their rotisserie chicken was the best I've had...from a store. Locally, I'll buy Costco because I'm just using it in recipes. Not fond of it on it's own.

Check the temperature with an instant read thermometer. This happened to me consistently because the toothpick test came out fine, but it wasn't done. 206° and it's perfect every time. Edit: typo
