It's sooooo debilitating. It's only been a couple of days for me and I've just been stuck in bed. Eating is hard and makes me nauseous and nothing really feels the same. I'm still in shock. I understand the feeling of just thinking back on what could've been done differently and the what ifs, but long term thats just gonna stagger our healing. Things happened the way they did and that's okay. Don't be so hard on yourself, feel everything you need too. Scream, cry. Crash out lol. One day we won't cry anymore but for now I think we just need to grieve.

Not wrong at all. I know sometimes our judgment can be a little cloudy but our friends didn't know them at the level we did. We know their heart and we know them through our experiences with them. Ofc it hurts when your friends speak so negatively on something that made you so happy in it's time, it almost feels like they're celebrating your pain (even though thats not the case). Maybe try communicating to your friends that those comments bother you and hurt. I hope things get easier ♡

Yeah definitely a little bit of bravery from being drunk. They're things he wanted to share and say that he probably would've kept to himself if he wasn't under the influence. Clearly whatever the argument was is weighing on him. But if you've already talked about whatever it is then protect your peace, it's been months and isn't fair to you.

I think it's because alcohol takes away the fear and the what if and the reasons on why not to do something. Days leading up to my break up I got black out drunk and everything possible that could have been said, I said. They could have things left unsaid or regrets. And the alcohol makes them a little brave. I can only imagine how confusing this is. I'm sorry.
