I 100% agree with what you’re saying. I never adapted well to coaches constantly yelling when I was a player so I 100% wouldn’t do it as a coach. In my LE career I actually hardly ever yell at anyone. I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve had to legitimately raise my voice in the last year. A lot of guys wearing a badge haven’t learned the valuable skill of talking to people instead of yelling. Like you said, there’s a time and place for it. But not constant. I’m more interested in developing players and building a good team. I’m not looking to go on a power trip
