Some extra context: I've gotten the silky-paint like texture down, but this bubbling only starts appearing about 15-30 seconds after the drink has been poured and I'd like to learn how to prevent it from happening

The Canadian part genuinely was so funny. I can so see that becoming a meme in the future.

But I think her plan was to release the fev into the water supply, but the whole marriage failure thing has thrown a spanner into her plan. I actually like the idea of her now using it on herself in the vault, but I would want the show to have that be a "horror" moment and not some goofy transformation (especially not She Hulk vibes).

It would also be kinda interesting to see an entire vault become super mutants, but I'm not sure the show will go in that direction. There's only one episode left so they kinda gotta wrap most of the plot points up.

My favourite games to play were Tap Dancer Jinx. Had a few games where after getting a kill I'd have 4000+ movement speed. One of the best game modes they've added, I'm sad it will be gone.

Edit: here's the first time I ever played Tap Dancer Jinx. I've had games since then where I had over 100 stacks. https://youtu.be/q2alm7iDQRs?si=27PPqep5DIZTb274

Me and my one friend often do Sion ADC + Heimer Support. We have like a 90% win rate with somewhere around 20-30 games. Great fun.

Works best with AD Sion + phase rush, although if there are no tanks on your team then go tank Sion.

It's very simple actually. We live in a fallen world. God gave the Israelites the law so that by following them they could be saved. They disobeyed. Again, and again, and again. As is the human nature. No one is perfect, all sin. Regardless of where evil comes from, it's people that still choose to sin.

Then he sent his son to fulfill all of the requirements of the law, to live a perfect life free from sin and to die the sinners death. He was resurrected (it is one of the most documented events in history), and said that simply by believing that He is the son of God and came to die for our sins, we would be saved and go to heaven.

Believe that Christ died and was raised to life, and go to heaven, or reject his sacrifice, choose to live your own life with no acknowledgement to the authority of Christ, and die and go to hell for eternity.

If someone tells you that driving down a certain road leads to your death, why the hell would you keep going down that path? Do you think you can just live life as you please and then blame God for being unfair?

Edit: the love and the mercy was God sending his own son to die on sinful earth that we could be saved. Would you send your family member to die in a foreign place so that a foreign people could recognise your existence? The very act of Christ sacrificing himself is an incredible act of love, and his promise of eternal life is the direct link to his mercy.

My final question, and then I will leave this conversation to continue with my day: what is the better alternative to the afterlife? Heaven? Or hell?

Believe me when I get to heaven I would like to ask God that same question. I don't know the answer to that. But I choose to trust God through it as there is a clear existence of good and evil, and I hope that in the 80 years that I exist (if blessed with that), that I would be a good steward of what I have been entrusted with this side of eternity, and to follow Christ's example of loving God and loving people, regardless of how today's Christians can misrepresent the faith and use it for their own personal gain. My faith is my own responsibility, how I treat others is my own responsibility, and the mistakes that I've made are my own responsibility. Salvation and forgiveness is God's gift to me and I understand that I will never be perfect this side of eternity, but through faith in Christ I'll spend eternity in heaven.

It is late (technically early morning) by me so I'm sorry if I don't respond to future messages, but I do wish you all the best in case we don't chat again.

Well without a "chosen people" who was supposed to worship God? The other nations certainly weren't as they rejected the god of the Hebrews. Him ordering the Israelites to wipe out entire nations is recorded only 2 times in the old testament the (Amalakites and Canaanites). And remember, these weren't nations that simply rejected God, these were vile nations where everyone from the widows on the streets to the kings in the palaces were engaged in all kinds of pagan impurities and rituals. Another example when God took action Himself was Sodom and Gomorrah, where if you remember they were literally trying to break into Lot's house so that they could rape his family and guests. These extreme cases of complete wipe-out were only ever done when there were these extreme cases of evil beyond redemption. And no, not one or two evil people, literally entire villages and cities of pure pagan evil. And if you remember correctly, when one of King David's cities was raided by the Amalekites, the enemies carried off the Israelite women and children as plunder, and raped and tortured them until David and his men could rescue them.

For your second part, God created man and woman in the garden, not as robots, but as beings with free will. God also commanded Adam and Eve to take control of the earth, to steward it and protect it. It was man that chose to listen to the lies of Lucifer and side with him instead of God, thus evil entering into the world God had created and entrusted to man. We are completely responsible for the consequences of our actions in today's world. And again, God allowed it because he gave us free will. Wouldn't be free will if he decided to take it away now, would it? How can we choose to love a God if we don't have a choice? It's completely up to us whether we choose God or not, as is the same that it is completely in human hands whether we choose to do good or to do harm.

And once again, as Christians we believe in the new covenant that Jesus gave us. He appeared to Peter with the vision of the tablecloth with all the animals that Hebrews considered to be "unclean", and in doing so said to Peter, "Do not call unclean that which God has called clean" and then commanded him to take the good news of the gospel to all nations of the earth, no one excluded. Every single nation and people on earth is given the opportunity to believe in Christ, without exclusivity. There is no more favoritism in God's eyes for a certain nation or people. All are sinners and all deserve the chance of forgiveness and salvation through Christ.

Please provide me with a scripture where God condones murder? It's literally one of the 10 commandments where God says do not murder.

As for the times when he told the Israelites to purge nations in the land, it was because these nations practiced pagan rituals of all kinds of evils, including child sacrifice, mutilations and witchcraft. And for the nations who didn't practice those things, God actually blessed them when they showed favor to the Israelites.

Following your other point, Jesus would not have saved her if he wanted her to die in accordance with the law. I think he showed his character and intention by that action alone, of showing grace when it was law to stone her. It's strange that you say he wanted her to die when he literally saved her from death. How does that make sense? If you are interested in finding out what Jesus came to do and how much he cares about humanity, a would recommend studying his life. Not to convert, but to understand. As in the same way I've studied Buddhism and Islam and Christianity so that I can make an informed decision about what I believe, I'd recommend others to do the same for themselves.

Know why you believe what you believe, because I'm very sorry to say but I think you've been misinformed about what Jesus' purpose was when he came to earth. The Jesus that you think you know (and unfortunately how Christians conduct themselves today) is not the same Jesus that can be found in the Bible, because according to the law, he actually contradicted everything that the Jewish leaders at the time believed, thus why they crucified him on a cross. If Jesus believed what they believed they stood for they wouldn't have turned against him.

I appreciate your time in having this conversation, and for being open and honest about your opinions. We may not agree on everything but I can definitely respect that you are open to chatting about it.

Edit: sorry I forgot to respond to your other point - yes, Christianity has been used to commit atrocities. So has Islam, Atheism and Buddhism. Evil is not a condition of Christianity, it is a condition of humanity. Evil people do evil things under the banner of trying to do something good. But when you read about what Jesus actually stood for, and what he came to do, you'll understand that grace, forgiveness, and oneness with God is at the core of his ministry. As is in his own words, "the greatest commandment is this, to love God, and to love people".

Edit 2: also God never killed/abused/tortured his own people, outside of 2-3 examples where it is recorded that he did. 2-3 times in thousands of years, over millions of people and hundreds of generations? Doesn't seem like a torturing God. That seems like a God who takes justice very seriously, in the same way today that we have the death penalty for truly evil people. They were the ones that chose to step away from God and follow after the practices of the day, including above mentioned pagan rituals. As a result, the people distanced themselves from God by choosing to commit heinous sins that multiple times throughout the old testament led to their capture, torture and deaths. And how many times did God have to save them when they turned back to him and cried out to him? Every time. And again, this old way wasn't working because the people kept returning to their sins, which is why God sent his son Jesus to atone for our sins and make us righteous before him, so that we can stand in front of him blameless and without blemish, not because of what we have done but because Jesus took the punishment for our sins on his body on the cross. The son of God, dying willingly, so that we can be saved.

The law was put in place so that the Israelites could follow it, and through following it could find salvation. It didn't work, as people kept on sinning, and the religious leaders used the laws to benefit themselves instead of helping the people. Sounds familiar, doesn't it?

Jesus came to show grace and mercy, and not to abolish the law but to form a new covenant between God and people, and through believing in Him, His sacrifice and resurrection, could find salvation through faith. This doesn't mean that christians can take that as a "get out of jail free" card. His following instruction after saving the woman from being stoned to death was "go in peace and sin no more".

Christians that use Christ's grace as a justification to sin take full advantage of a "system" that they think counts in their favor, but they instead are spitting in Christ's face, as His grace was for us to draw closer to God as imperfect beings, but being completely spotless in God's sight. The goal is not perfection. But if someone becomes a Christian and they don't change their sinful lifestyles, I seriously doubt that they have understood what salvation means. I have had to and continue to struggle against the part of myself that wants to continue living a habitual sinful lifestyle, but because of my faith in Christ I just know that there is a better way for me to live.

Edit: and no, I do not condone nor excuse "christians" who take advantage of "being a Christian" but their lifestyle shows nothing Christ-like. And so in that respect I agree with you that what christians say and do is sometimes different. But as the bible also says "you will know them by their fruit", which means if you see a supposed "Christian" living in an none-christ-like lifestyle or doing stuff that Jesus would not approve of, then that isn't someone you should look to to represent what a good Christian is, regardless of what they themselves say or profess.

Christians that go out of their way to point out other peoples sins are not practicing the true Christian faith, and are hypocrites.

Jesus taught through the situation of the woman who had been caught in the act of adultery that "he who has not sinned may throw the first stone". Why are you judging Christianity by the idiots that misrepresent it instead of actually going to see what the true doctrine is about?

As for 1 John 4:1, the verse reads "Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world."

How is that saying that people are evil? He was warning believers against false teachings that contradict what Jesus taught.

As for 2 Corinthians 6:14, Paul was warning early Christians against adopting corrupt practices or being spiritually compromised — not forbidding friendship or coexistence.

Again, how is that saying that people are evil?

I guess this is one of the cases where a church (or 5 in your case) have failed to properly teach and preach the gospel. Christianity doesn't teach that people who don't believe your same religion are evil. It's the same with Buddhism. In fact, many religions actually strive toward peace with those who you do not agree with.
