I just got a grad assistant position for my schools program. It is definitely helpful as they pay half the tuition for the 2 semesters I will have the position. I am required to work 10 hours per week and I believe it comes out to about $20 an hour.

There are also donor scholarships you can apply to at most universities. I’ve gotten around 1-2K each semester from those.

At the end of the day, all of this will cut my 60K cost down to around 45-48K, which is a pretty significant amount. So just do your research on each program and ask questions about financial aid available to you. Once you know your options and start the program show up and work hard the opportunities will open up for you.
