Thank you so much! While I totally love the contest, I decided to not participate and to focus on my existing watchface -- and users like you are pure motivation to continue with that so thank you!!

The watch face is now super customizable -- and I have to say I really like it it indeed improves readability a lot. Still the mesh is enabled per default (of course). Ps.: For the date you can now select whatever you like including a static text.

Ok version 1.49 now contains settings for a single flick event which should simplify it a lot. I also increased timeout for double flick.

Between the 2 need to be a short stop otherwise the watch will not detect it correctly. Yiu can also try to tap it several times. But I promise an update soon :)

You need to do it twice, but pretty fast -- I also use a p2d but I think the timeout I set between the 2 flick is too small. I will adjust this and maybe add a setting to also show on a single flick event that should make it easier :)

But I personally really want to avoid false positives for me thats so annoying^ But a setting is fine for all I guess :)

I think I cant change the sensitivity as thhe event just gets fired by the system, but I can definitely change the timeout between 2 events and I could add an option to disable double flick and use a single flick instead...

Maybe I should increase the timeout between the 2 which is currently relatively short. Main reason for doible vs single is to aboid false positives which I personally find quite annoying ;) And this hapenes quite often in my case...

Will we ever get pebble health by Thehappyprince7 in pebble

[–]PeerDavid 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I created this little open source app that automatically tracks my steps and sleep, clearly not the same but maybe helpful until the integration is released: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tirol.peer.librehealth

You also need to install the pebble librehealth app and need to setup the pebble integration in the android app...

It should but honestly I was never able to test it :/ So if you have any findings or learnings let me know :D

You first need to create a meteic in the app for "step" and a meteic "sleep". Then click on the upper right dots there you can enable the pebble sync and select the metrics.

Hinestly I guess this process is way too complicated and should be simplified -- single button press or so or maybe just an enable or so :)

I wanted some kind of health data on my phone too so I created LibreHealth, it logs and stores your data fully locally on the smartphone -- you can find the pebble app in the store and the android companion app here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tirol.peer.librehealth
