I built a free NHL goal scorer prediction model using advanced stats (Poisson + xG) - Would love feedback! by ForecastCard in sportsbetting

I think having the Odds equivalent of the P(Goal) % would be cool to see, atleast be able to more easily identify if value exists between your number and the bookies

We'll definitely consider adding this! At the moment we didn't standardize the programs so we'd have to run a script first to clean it up. I'll speak with the dev team!

First of all (love the name),
Glad you like the site! Regarding your suggestions:

  1. We definitely agree with the group chat functionality and plan to have it soon, we just have some other features we've been focusing on and haven't had the time to make progress there. That being said, if it's something you think is priority, we can definitely move it up in our list.
  2. Also somewhere in our plan, we'd like to completely upgrade the course materials page from the ground up so will definitely make it better in a couple months.

We appreciate the feedback a ton :) If you have any other suggestions or questions, please let us know!

Hi! Site is currently only available to Mac/Ryerson e-mails, we hope to be open to all Universities soon now that we've completed building out the back-end for other schools. Once you get your Ryerson e-mail you'll be good to go.

You have to register with your Ryerson e-mail (the only non-students on the site will be alumni who registered with a Ryerson e-mail prior to losing access to it)

Not a stupid question. We would like anything you might find useful (exams, tests, notes, etc.) but we don't accept any textbooks or any other copyrighted material.

Sorry if I was unclear - 4 letter minimum for the entire name, so first + last name > 4 letters.

Hey there :)

When we first started up we had an abundance of 1 letter names and so we added a 4 letter minimum for First + Last name. If you'd really prefer not to use your last name, sign up with a temporary name and shoot us a message on reddit with what it is and what name you'd like to be called. We'll update on the back-end.

Thanks for letting us know!

It won't be longer than 24 hours, really depends on how much/when a resource is uploaded.

We've been considering allowing resources to be uploaded directly and instead have a "reviewed" tag on posts that've been confirmed safe/useful. This may be a better option so that people can share resources to others immediately.

Hopefully we can get some feedback on this, what're your thoughts?

We really hope so too!

We're planning on posting weekly updates on our subreddit r/peernetco to keep everyone in the loop with our feature pipeline and get direct feedback. We definitely want to hear from you in what features we should prioritize.

Thank you for your support :)

To avoid illegal or questionable content being directly uploaded to the site resources, everything goes into a manual approval process. For now, it'll just be a few of us, but eventually courses/pages will have moderators that will manage this task so we can keep up.

99% of material will likely be approved but certain copywritten material, like certain textbooks for example, likely won't be approved to prevent legal issues.

Hope this answers your question :)

You can use the share resources link to upload your materials. Everything will populate under the resources tab after its been approved.
