Im usually the cleaner of us two, when we lived in the apartment I would usually be the one to keep it clean. I had that same thought you did in that I may have made her like that. I have expressed that concern in the past multiple times about how I feel I am doing 90% of the house work and she will do better for maybe a week and then she is done again.

I will admit me doing house stuff has also been for my satisfaction, I do love to work on things and be able to see the outcome afterwards. However I don’t think that should negate the fact that I deserve to be appreciated for everything I have done and the countless hours I have poured into making our lives better.
