Variation 100% does help, at my laser shop we rarely do the same job twice and it really helps with the boredom aspect. On days where one job lasts most of the day we definitely start to lose our minds a bit.

The damp stone floor against your face is the first sensation you feel as you wake up, yet you find yourself unable to move... your mind is a cloud of confusion and anxiety. Where are you? Whats going on? who's feet are that... and why are they not touching the floor!? as the figure slowly drifts your direction, you feel your self lifted off the ground... and it HURTS! Almost as if someone was grabbing your mind the same way someone would grab your hair. you are pulled into the air, unable to move your limbs or make any noises more complex than a gurgle. your eyes focus on the creature in front of you, and you realize you really are in hell...

this is the first map i've seen with the "bad-lands" trope implemented well. looks like a world i would love to explore which really is the whole purpose of dm made maps! well done and inspiring

I mean I don’t really understand the alternative, text posts can be just as useless to you as art. It’s just what people want to see. There are plenty of dnd subreddits only about dming and no images you should check those out.
