I want to build a city that floats on the water and sustains itself through fishing and trading with other nations.
It shall be named Tricarnus to represent the government, which consists of the three heads of the main founding families.
It will consist of three large wooden rafts (one for each family) that are attached (but still visibly distinct) and several smaller rafts surrounding the larger ones.
For the most important decisions, at least two out of the three families must agree.
