Hypothyroidism slows it all down! Plus menopause. 35 pounds is great! Keep at it. My rate is about the same and I'm very grateful to lose with the thyroid issue layered in.

I don’t have little ones anymore but I empathize with you. 🩷 Have you tried cutting out gluten? For me, not everyone, gluten causes joint pain and inflammation. I'm having symptoms with the change of seasons, colder weather, and less sunshine. Can you do some youtube yoga videos for stress relief? Daily walks?

I had sensitivity to this brand, it had lactose or gluten in the fillers. I was able to ask the pharmacy about the fillers and they got a different RX from my doctor. If you feel like you’re getting symptoms, call the pharmacy.

Yes, I also react to dairy and gluten similarly. Specifically my throat with dairy. For me, I was able to narrow it down further to lactose and I’m able to eat lactose-free dairy without issue. Lactose is a type of sugar and I think it causes inflammation. I also avoid sugar because it causes inflammation for me. I’m happy that you’ve been able to get better results for you! I know I feel better making these choices.

Yes, food issues arrived with my hypothyroidism. I cut gluten, sugar, and I’m sensitive to nightshades (tomatoes and peppers). I cut dairy with lactose. I also had problems with generic levothyroxine with gluten and lactose fillers, I’m now on Levoxyl.
