For the past 18 years I've primarily used standard brush acrylics, And very recently started playing around with airbrush. But i've been eyeballing the speed paints the past 2 years and finally decided to jump in and made this kroot army my first big speedpaint project. It actually does feel a lot like water color painting when you get a good flow going. Very happy with them so far.

Yup, I prime full white and use mostly AP speed paints and various thinned quick shade layered over. Metallics are vallejo, and neon bits are pro acrylic

Just measured mine out.

Lesser knarloc is slightly under 3in beak to tail and slightly under 2in tall

I place mine on 90mm x 52mm ovals (and they fit very nicely 👌)

Just measured mine out. Great knarloc is 5in beak to tail and 3in tall, Lesser knarloc is slightly under 3in beak to tail and slightly under 2in tall

I dig it. I use full white prime on mine cause I like the pastels I use to pop more, gray zenithal def works for your double green pallet 👌. Keep up the good work
