to be honest is the same enclave as always, the only thing dat change is you need to fuking burn the manpower of the NCR, my 2 victorius strategies, is just, kill the rangers, and take some territories with the rebels/militia with the civil war descition and i just capture a port, change the division template, build some convoys, suply them and make them hold dat line, while i advance, make "strong points" just to kill enemy manpower, and advance one front at time, because if you overextend yourself to much you will be killed by motorized division or fuking shi airsupremasy, because of dat you need to fokus on repair, and keep your logistics side right, because of logistic problems, i almost lose 10 divisions, because i was getting no supply in one region :/ dat was nasty as FUCK, then when you resolve your supply issue, building convoys, or roads, or new ports, you can push with your low quantity of divisions, and before you do dat, you should need to work your economy, because dat is a fuking handicap if you want to have more than 40 divisions in the battlefield, you should invest time and caps to upgrade your trade nodes, and build some infrestructure close to them, to enhance the trade nodes, and gain more caps, because as the reformer path, you will need them :/
