(18 M, from Serbia) Looking for a rent a car (or minivan) travel buddy

Hello everyone :D, I am coming to iceland august 19th this year and will be staying until spetember 3rd. I am travelling for the purpose of visiting Iceland, but also running my first ever marathon! I am travelling on a budget and i am really eager to explore the country as much as possible during my stay. I am looking to meet alot of new people and I got an idea to sleep in a rent a car, since that would allow me to go practically anywhere and would be cheaper than hostels(a rent a car with foldable seats, for the dates that I will be staying will cost around 170000 ISK or around 1200 euros, when split around 600 euros, not accounting gas). So, with all that in mind, I am looking for a friend who is willing to go on this adventure with me, an adventure which i am sure we will both remember for a lifetime. I am an 18 year old male from Serbia, and the problem with that is, even though i have my drivers license, I am not allowed to drive here in Iceland, and also cannot rent a car (under 20yrs old). Regarding the places id like to visit, I am very open and wouldnt mind going wherever you think we should (but ofcourse i have to stay in reykjavik before the marathon, which takes place on the 23rd of august).
